In close cooperation with Danish Crown Beef Division, Baltic Control® Certification has certified over 200 calf herds annually since 1 January 2014. Danish Calf is a unique quality concept, where emphasis is placed on high level of animal welfare throughout the life of the calf, a high veterinary level and good farm management. A farm who wants to deliver to Danish Calf will be subject to one annual visit by a Baltic Control® Certification experienced auditor to maintain the quality concept.

Further information about the Danish Calf standard can be found at Danish Crown via the website www.danishcrown.dk. Registration must be through Danish Crown Beef Division please contact ejkv@danishcrown.dk
